State Museum : In Jhansi this museum is having the
assortment of terracotta, bronze, figurine, arms,
manuscripts, work of art and coins made up of gold, silver
and copper.

Orchha (M.P.) : 18 km from Jhansi, Orchha is a city,
frozen in time. It was founded in the 16th century by
the Bundela chieftain, Rudra Pratap Singh, who built
this new capital on a large wooded island, on the river
Betwa. Today, remains of the fort and palaces speak
eloquently of Orchha?s time of glory, of its splendid
legacy of art and culture.
Barua Sagar : Baruasagar is on the route to Khajuraho
from Jhansi and about 24 kms from Jhansi, Baruasagar is
the momentous place where in 1744 the clash between the
Peshwas and the Bundelas soldiers was come to blows.
This place is named so because, about 260 years past
Raja Udit Singh of Orchha erected a great wall which
result into the formation lake Barua Sagar Taal, that is
how it got its name.
